Naomi Squires
Assistant
Naomi is an HCCC alumna who grew up singing with the chorus and now gives back as a dedicated leader. She has a strong background in music and grant writing, helping the chorus grow its programs and reach more children. After volunteering for many years, Naomi continues to support singers, families, and staff with a deep love for both music and this community.
Ariel Kirsch
Executive Director
Ariel became Executive Director of HCCC in 2025. She brings a strong background in youth programs and the arts, and is passionate about helping children grow in confidence, teamwork, and joy through music. Ariel works closely with families, staff, and community partners to keep the chorus welcoming, organized, and focused on what’s best for the singers.
Therese Karnes
Director Emeritus
Therese served as Executive Director of HCCC from 2015 to 2025, guiding the chorus through a decade of growth and change. She brings an extensive background in music and has spent many years working with children, helping them discover confidence, discipline, and joy through singing. Her leadership and care continue to shape the chorus as Director Emeritus.
